Bauhaus is very proud to serve our coffee lovers Velton’s Coffee. Bauhaus and Velton Ross have a very long history together. “Back in the day” on October 5th. 1993, Bauhaus opened what became one of Seattle’s most iconic coffee shops at the corner of Melrose and Pine on Capitol Hill. A big part of what made us so popular was our baristas and Velton was one of the best. Velton was a perfectionist and he got all of us baristas on the path to making he perfect velvety milk for our lattes and cappuccino’s. Staying on course, Velton perfected the art of coffee roasting and opened his own coffee roaster in 2007. Now Bauhaus and Velton are back together serving up Capitol Hill with some of the best coffee you will ever find with his “Skillfully Roasted and Artfully Blended” coffee.

Bauhaus Strong Coffee offers an array of treats to go along with your coffee or tea drinks. We offer lunch and breakfast items including hoagie melts, breakfast sandwiches & burritos. We are also proud to feature a nice selection of gourmet pastries from well reviewed La Parisienne French bakery in downtown Seattle.
